Tiyard to Reasonable Endurance. Another pop in Endurance will do.
Flanagan to Reasonable Power. May go Fielding before back to Power.
Sreedhar to Outstanding Bowling. Very Happy that I have an Outs/Outs Spinner with good secondaries (Who was bought for 120k+) :P. Going for Spect/Spect by mid next season hopefully when he's 23 8).

R&B McInnes reminds me of Otieno :D
Bought him at the start of the season, thought I overpaid at 60k. Was a big gamble. But since he has had a tech pop, a fielding pop, an exp pop, an endo pop, another fielding pop.
Making him an accom/exp 20 y.o with reasonable experience, fielding & endo.

Willow has really made great progress this season, averaging 50 but plays on a crumbling wicket at home, has had a lot of pops as well. Very happy with him :D
