Stroetinga is 17 with ordinary experience, not bad at all :)

AWESOME!! I have 19 y.o's with Average and probably Reasonable by 20 so he should get that easily :).

Sounds like a plan 8). After that, wouldn't hurt to go to Average power as if he wants to go for U19, Power is handy for a batter ;). I'd probably say he's as good as Currie with that talent and a year younger! Too bad it's not the world cup season for him :(.

Klibbe to Capable Batting. Solid pop making him Cap/Cap 19 y.o but doubt he'd make my seniors. I'll train fielding for the rest of the season to probably turn him into the next Poideven (Cic bought him in the early days with those skills).
Multani to Poor Batting. Poor/Rea 16 y.o Batter so will be working Batting for quite some time.
Kroos to Capable Keeping. Cap/Ave Keeper so will train Keeping to Reliable before playing catch up with his Fielding.
Gallagher to Reasonable Fielding. Back to Batting to lift him to Rel/Rel before another Fielding pop and likely a Strength one after that.
Smart to Poor Fielding. Had the spare ratings and will move to Tech training. Shame he wasn't 16 but looking good for a 17 y.o project.

Well my senior academy was already on good but im going to need some good pulls to maintain those levels and my youth team will be maintained as that has been my most successful team this year
