Thomas McPherson - fielding - atrocious--->dreadful (will also help a bit)
Chitundu Pilliani - fielding - average--->reasonable

Collins is coming for him :o Exp will be way better because he plays ever game :P
Shagmeister has been on batting for ages.....Once he hits Spec/spec onto secondaries for the rest of his career. He might have gotten to excep/excep but apparently he had no sub ratings ::)

Are you serious?
That is when a skill you are training is higher than the skill it is currently showing he has (e.g accomplished), but not yet up to the next skill (e.g. expert). When you train someone they don't just get better when they have a pop, they are constantly getting better with each training session. What did you think spare ratings were for??
