Not sure but he's only Rel/Rel with a chance to go Acc/Acc (with Rel fielding) by season's end if I get lucky. Already has average Experience so will be kept into my Seniors :D. I hope but doubt it :(.

now i dropped youth back to just improving but left senior on improving+ but the 5k over for a quick pop and soon be next week or the week after since it was on improving the whole of last season :D

yeah well burning a little prize money to do it
well haven;'t yet since last weeks was sale profits...lol...but will burn a little tiny bitnotmuch though by the time gate takings come in maybe 10 to 20k so i'm happy with that

Oh yeah, really angry with my senior academy. I've had it on improving for over 2 seasons now, and I decided just to put a little bit extra in this week, Improving+, still didn't pop. And  I lost 100k at the finance update... Grr.

i just got a pop in youths to satisfactory and got 39k in my seniors going for a pop since they been on improving all last season
