V8 Supercars Dream Team (Sportal)

Morning all,

I have taken the liberty of setting up a FF V8 Supercars League for anyone interested. One was started last year and numbers were a little disapointing considering the poularity of the V8's in thAustralia, so looking to ramp things up a bit.

It will be an exciting year ahead with the introduction of the CotF, new manufacturers entering the fray (Mercedes and Nissan), alongside the well established FORD..........and Holden.  ;D

Normally getting a league into the top 10-15 is not overly difficult and with the understanding of Fantasy Sports that everyone on FF has there is no reason we couldn't finish with the number one league. Because of the breaks between races, the lack of change in the V8 field, this is something everyone can participate in aside from their AFL Supercoach/Dream Teams without taking too much time. (Seriously - half an hour between race meets can be quite sufficient to get you a high finish with a reasonable understanding of the drivers/teams involved)

Can't wait to see how this season unfolds. It's going to be interesting having new manufacturers thrown into the mix.
