Title: Trade Help
Post by: cledus32 on June 09, 2010, 01:02:56 PM
I have a dilemma, I can take a risk, and have it pay off huge, or keep safe. Need some help deciding.
First, ive decided to keep GIA.
Hall and Gia are my 6 & 7th Forwards
2nd i need to upgrade maguire to complete my backline. The only problem is im a little short on cash wanted.
Here are the options.

option 1: Downgrade J.Hunt & Upgrade maguire to Gilbert. This then leaves me about 35k short of a Hall to Chappy trade. o i hope that hall has some good games, and chappy drops a bit, and risk it????

Option 2: Downgrade J.Hunt & upgrade maguire to Goddard And Keep Hall

Option 3: Downgrade J. Hunt & upgrade maguire to Gilbee and then Hall to Chappy. I can also wait a few weeks and hope someone like Kelly/Gilbert drop in price

Definatley Option 2. Got to have Goddard. Also means that you wont have to get rid of Hall, who despite being a bad pick, is still capable of the big  game.

Absolutley, pretty equivalent players, maybe goddard slightly better.
But then Goddard if far less injury prone. I also think the fact you can get rid of a worse player for him is a bonus

I agree. Option 2 is the better out of the 3. Hall will have great games through out the year. And Goddard is less injury prone than the Chapster!!
