Touch and go for me. Could be since he was given more mid time last year but i prefer him in the fwds.

Towers has his spot atm

So Heeney is fine and got through the game ok.

Now who gets the fwd role?

Rose didnt play, Nankervis maybe.

On another note great to see Newman out there on the field

What do you guys think about Papley, Hewett and Newmans chances are of playing round one? All looked good tonight but surely they won't all get spots with players to come back.

nope, none of them likely money - already can't fit Rose, Jones, B Jack, etc, etc

the guys you named are the next tier below that group ...  maybe next year with some retirements ...
