A couple of things,

Firstly, Koop has stepped up and taken on doing the league scores for round 6 while I'm on holiday. Get around him and as always doing up your own scores (and maybe even your opponents') would be appreciated to give him a hand. I'll be posting up the R6 thread as soon as I'm done with this message.

Second, I'll post up updated scores tonight after today's two matches. I can't do a full round of scores on my phone, but I'm sure I'll be fine with just doing the ending of games on my phone after I get back from the game on Wednesday.

I’m actually right on top of things so no assistance required lads aha

Despite all the injuries I might actually get close to Carolina! Until Dusty and Grundy go 150+ at least...

Will have scores up after the Lions-Suns game ends and scores are finallised.

Ottawa Otters: 1194 add Treloar, Prestia, Grigg, Hogan, Myers, sub (currently 44->58) and HGA (currently 58)
Colorado Avalanche: 1461 add Elliott, Scharenberg, and sub (currently 35->87)

Very tough one to call from here...Colorado with the runs on the board but Ottawa will come home strong. Will be very tight.

Best
Ottawa: Cunnington, Cutler, Fiorini, Naitanui
Colorado: Ebert, Harbrow, Witts, Tarrant

Anaheim Mighty Ducks: 1051 add Hurley, Hibberd, Merrett, Heppell, Jones, Bellchambers, Smith, Guelfi, sub (currently unused->47) and HGA (currently 55)
Houston Bombers: 1140 add Rance, Crisp, Zaharakis, Hoskin-Elliott, Riewoldt, Lambert, Ellis, and sub (currently 51->60)

This one should also be decently close - Anaheim with the inside track on the win but if the bombers falter so would they. Plenty of star power left on both sides so should be a high scoring affair.

Best
Anaheim: Dangerfield, McVeigh, Mundy, Boak
Houston: Simpson, Heeney, Ziebell, Robinson, Walters

New Brooklyn Hawks: 1433 add Houli (vc), Parish, Nankervis, sub (currently 12->Thomas) and HGA (currently 12)
Quito Quetzals: 1511 add Vlastuin, Phillips, Neal-Bullen, and sub (currently 27->51)

Cripps went huge as Hawks captain with 151 - but was upstaged by Quetzals captain Seb Ross' 160. I reckon the hawks will get home but it'll be a tight and reasonably high scoring affair - and another very close game for this round. The only downsides to the scores being Newnes' 12 and Haynes' 27. Ed Curnow also fired (126) as Quito VC, while NBH had a fair few centurions.

Best
Brooklyn: Cripps, Wilson, Acres, Brown, Doedee, Berry, Johannisen
Quito: Ross, Curnow, Breust, Lycett, Seedsman

Chicago Sharks: 1080 add Salem, Oliver (c), Tyson, Fantasia, and HGA (currently 23)
Las Vegas Sinners: 1346 add McGrath, Caddy, Petracca, and De Goey

Again this game should be reasonably close, and will probably depend on how high Oliver can go. I'd tip the Sinners on the back of Fyfe's big 151 as VC - just disappointing Mitchell could only get half of that as captain, and Buddy was just about half of that (48) and EVC.

Best
Chicago: Gaff, Sicily, Yeo
Las Vegas: Fyfe, Westhoff, Walker, Jones

Boston Terriers: 1099 add Howe, Pendlebury (c), Sidebottom (vc), Cotchin, sub (currently 31->42) and HGA (currently 31)
Wisconsin Cockerels: 1479 add Gawn (c) and sub (currently 29->82)

I reckon Boston will get home from here, they haven't been spectacular but they have four good players to come - including their captain and vice-captain. Gawn could of course swing things, and the Cockerels do have the runs on the board so it could definitely be tight. Kennedy (29), Zorko (42), and O'Meara (56) were all very poor and could very well be the difference.

Best
Boston: Gray, Laird, Selwood, Martin, Neale
Wisconsin: Witherden, Waite, Daniel, Shuey, Rampe

San Francisco Grizzlies: 1659 add Goddard, O. McDonald, sub (currently 48->64) and HGA (currently 48)
Carolina Panthers: 921 add Short, Martin (c), Grundy (vc), Stringer, Kent, Daniher, and sub (currently 34->73)

Ooh boy, this one will be both close and potentially a humungous upset - truly one for the ages. I don't know if you guys know, but I'm kind of missing 8 of my XVIII including four starting midfielders - hell, I've had to play Honeychurch, McDonald, Young and Anderson! Martin (c) and Grundy (vc) will obviously be the difference. I'm a pessimist so I'd still back in Carolina, but it'll be a huge finish on Anzac Day.

Best
San Francisco: Deledio, Thompson, Steven, Coniglio, Wines, Martin
Carolina: Menegola, Atkins, Ward

So yes, six great games that all should be close finishes and every team is a chance of winning. I'll be at the ANZAC Day game so will do up the final scores after I get home that evening. I'll probably just do the ressies when I get home along with the R6 ressies seeing as we don't know who will be playing Tuesday and Wednesday.
