hi heres the first draft of my team.

DEF Hibberd, Newnes, Waters, Ibbotson, Seedsman, N.Brown (Goodes, Jaksch)

MID Ablett(C), Heppell (VC), Prestia, Jones, Griffin, Van Berlo, Rich, De Goey (Neal-Bullen, Adam Saad)

RUCK Kruezer, Luey (J.Griffin, Cox)

FWD Swan, Ziebell, Mithcell, J.kelly, M.Clark, Karnezis (Ahmed Saad, Jesse Hogan)

cash left-$103,000

not overly keen on Ziebell. and have 100k left over for changing rookies before first lockout.

thoughts?

Solid midfield with a good selction of premium POD's, De Goey is expensive although by all reports be his a ball winner, and could maintain a place in the pies midfield.

Forwards are decent, in the case of Ziebell he has the potential to score well when playing in the midfield and although he has never been an accumulator of the footy he is certainly capable of increasing his average above 90.

Defence as you know will be the most tricky position to pick this year and mid-pricers will be needed, Waters, Ibbo and Seedsman should be able to get the job done barring injury. Although Nathan Brown is a spud, I don't care if he's a placeholder you might aswell dig up Presti.
