2013 National Draft

Have started separate thread for National Draft.

Please note that to take all picks in the National Draft you should have delisted sufficient players from your Senior List of 41 players to take picks eg if you have 5 picks you should have delisted 5 players either retired or delisted. If you have insufficient picks you will be passed in the draft.

Rule 3.3 Each team will be allocated 4 picks which may be used in the draft, or traded on to other teams. With the de-listings we have 6 rounds will be conducted followed by supplementary round if required.

Draft order will be kept up to date during trade period with final update prior to National Draft.

Available players will be listed as well.

Football factory PM'd me about nominating draft picks for promotion and I said that he could nominate in the draft thread which he did.  Unfortunately I have not yet had the time to announce in thread.

So you can nominate in thread which picks you will use for rookie promotions to your Senior List.
Remember though you must have a vacancy to promote when pick is to be taken. That is no more than 41 can be on your Senior list.

I will update the draft with nominated promotions as well.

i currently have 30 players on my senior list

and have 8 picks in the first 4 rounds will bring the senior list to 38 but none listed after that

so i take it that means i'll get 3 picks in the "Subsidiary picks to bring lists to 41"

i want to use two of these to promote Sutcliffe and Michie but i guess i cant nominate yet as the order is unknown until they are required ?

Once all delistings are complete by 21st November I will then advise order of supplementary draft list so you can then nominate which picks you are using to promote them.

I'm currently using Pick 91 to elevate Matt Arnot, but I need another two ND picks to fill my senior list. I'd like to use the last of those two to elevate him instead and use 91 to pick whoever.

Rules do not allow it that way Lez - But you can de-list rookies to pick up additional rookies in the rookie psd /draft.
