My guess would be either Dangerfield or Tex. I think the latter. :P

Dead on call mate ;) It's rare to see a call that was correct in every single aspect (you were off on the average by 2.5 pts but who really cares  :P ) Great observational skills, I knew him in 2012 but after seeing his dt stats that year I didn't think too much of him just that he was a priority pick. At the beginning of this season I favoured Wines more but the first GCS game when he shot that goal from outside 50 made me think we had the next Wayne Carey ;) Little did I know he continued to improve and proved himself to me as not just a superstar forward but also in the midfield haha Collingwood gave him a primary tag in r14 -didn't do anything haha- but was stupid to let him play free in the elim hahaha. Easily the future of football, if I had to name my five favourites at Port it would be Wingard, Westhoff, Ebert, Boak & Cornes (Monfries, Jonas, Lobbe (only recently) & Schultz all came close (I have high expectations for Wines as well). I seriously love my team this season almost as much as I loved my team from 2002-2005, hopefully this new side can supersede the old one  ;D But in all honesty Wingard=The Next Wayne Carey

In what way? By becoming the most dominant key forward in the game?  :P

hahaha yeah I forgot that factor ;) Maybe the next James Hird is the best possible comparison  :P

I mainly stated Wayne Carey because he is the greatest player in history ;) GAJ is most likely going to surpass him but I think Carey's off-field controversy makes him the full deal (from dominance to nothing(sentimentally that is  :P ) haha

Noz

If your not going to be picking The Chad next year don't even bother playing.

elephants

No way will I be getting him if mid only.

He shouldn't be but you never can be certain with VS changes.

I'm backing Elephants on this. I will only start him if he is DPP, if pure mid I'll wait a few rounds and decide because there will be better options for the midfield (I'd start Jack Steven over him in the mid even). If he has dpp a definite lock though along with Rockliff & Stevie J (maybe Dusty if I can fit him in (if this year taught me anything it was wait before upgrading your backs (my backline was completed, demolished & reestablished a total  of 4 times this season (five if you include Heppell-> Harry O & Ibbo-> Bob Murphy) hahaha definitely will only be starting Goddard & maybe Heppell next year (if the 1% chance occurs where Ebert gets dpp he'll be a lock & also pending on McVeigh & Mitchell which will make my current plan even harder haha), the rest of the backs can prove themselves to me as the season progresses  ;)

Nige

Yeah, this call was tops Coop, solid effort!  8)
