no we just changed the rule to that they don't have to be of equal picks/players, i wouldn't expect too many uneven trades in period 2 but you could do swan for gaff and howe type trades in period 2 i suppose....

Go Elephants! No trades lol

confirm.

Memphistopheles

Sadly, Taiwan's captain and inspiration in the 2013 Asians XV season will not be at the club in 2014 following a trade with the Kuala Lumpur Crocodiles.

THIS PERIOD
Crocodiles Give: I.Smith
Crocodiles Get:

Dolphins Give:
Dolphins Get: I.Smith

NEXT PERIOD

Crocodiles Give: Coniglio + Murdoch
Crocodiles Get: Ablett + Enright

Dolphins Give:  Ablett + Enright
Dolphins Get:  Coniglio + Murdoch

Trade has been structured like this, instead of all in the second period, to use up my remaining list movement in this period and ensure Ricochet doesn't have an odd number of list movements in/out in the next period which makes things easier for him.

Reasons are that we get a future gun/premium midfielder in Stephen Coniglio plus a player who game suits this scoring system in Isaac Smith.

He might get a tag or two in the coming season but by the time we are ready to challenge for the Top 4 again he should be a gun scorer.

Also I rate Murdoch very highly and now several Cats veterans have been moved on he should become a regular in the Cats team - I fancy him to take Chapman's position to be honest.

Ric to confirm.

Also, and I'll stress this was not a consideration in accepting this offer, Ablett and Enright at the Crocodiles should turn them into genuine contenders which will make for a much more interesting competition in my opinion.

If Gaz had gone to the Folders or Bears then they would have been the clear favourite to win/dominate next season.

Nige

So... the Crocs could potentially have GAJ and Pendles if this trade goes through?  :o :o :o
