outs/outs = 7.5 (generous)
spec/spec = 9.5

x 14 players

= 28k per week saved in wages.

You are pretty much looking at 10k a week for spec/spec. But still, it is the level you want to get your players to at least.

Hmmm, i'll consider it, i know that these players can easily be spec/spec, but gonna try without it. Only a select few will go over outs/outs. :)

Out/out with secondaries has been tried. They will sell for less though

You won't have 14 players at Spec/Spec at the same time though so it's actually less...

Plus secondaries can only get you so far.
