Paul Arnostam: Experience to Ordinary (That's teh pop i was expecting :D)
Sugath Dominiguez: Bowling AND Technique to Average (Not a great player at all, but he makes my youth side every now and then. Just whoring bowling)
Robyn Vivian: Bowling to Capable (Cap/Reas now, reli/reli by next EOS would be gold. Also has Reasonable Fielding too)

Joseph Ferrall: Fielding to Reliable (His fielding is now done. Now to get him to outs/outs)
Janaka Vaishnavi: Fielding to Reliable (I don't know why my 30yo is on Fielding, he's going at EOS, farewell match is on Tuesday)
Douglas Oldfield: Fielding to Capable (Tempted to go fielding again, as i'm not making any of my players more than outs/outs, as the wage gets too much. It's either that or use that Gifted endo talent)

@PB if you are going to out/out primaries then I suggest you get fielding to at least accomplished.  2 levels lower than your primaries gives you decent results.

Ok cheers, i'll look to getting most of my players to accomplished fielding then. Meaning i'll go another one to Oldfield, but i'll get Ferrall to Exprt/Exprt first, then the final fielding pop. :)

I'm getting to Div 2 next season with out/out and spec/spec players, and only reliable fielding, but obviously accom is better ;)

Fielding will be next on my list once all my players are spec/spec though.
