Demons need Eade

I belive That Eade is the man to coach the demons. He still is craving for a premiership and that makes it better, he will be starving for success he has experience with struggling clubs and has a good finals record just needing that premiership to the name.

If a premiership is his main focus then Melbourne are a long way from that  :P

I do think he would be a good fit though, as well as Choco Williams. I think either of these would be a good choice to help develop their young list.
