British 15's Official Trade period 1 thread

The Trade period will work as follows:

Trade Period 1

Starts: After the Official Draft is complete

Ends: At the start of the National Draft

Trades: You may have up to 5 list changes, meaning that after you have finished drafting in the official draft that you can only add  or take five players/draft picks from your list. However if you get a player and then on trade that same player for another player it will still only count as 1 list change.


1. A list change will occur for both teams if this happens: Player x for Player y

2. A list change will occur for both teams if this happens: Player x for Draft pick

3. A list change will not count if: Draft pick x for Draft pick y

I dont see the trades as being possible, as you would have to make one of the trades first (either the one with Holz or Hawka) of which eitherway you do not have all the components of the trade.

E.g.

If you do the Holz trade first

Holz is getting - Boyd + Betts + my 4th nat draft pick + Hawka's 4th nat draft pick
I get off Holz - Christensen + his 1st,2nd,3rd nat draft picks

Bold = You do not have on your list yet.

Or if you do Hawka's trade first


Hawka is getting - Shiels + Fasolo + Holz's 1st nat draft pick
I get off Hawka - Ward + his 3rd nat draft pick + his 4th nat draft


Therefore Holz or Hawka would be unable to confirm the trades.

That is the point. As Torp says a threeway trade can be used here, so its as simply as getting all three parties to agree at the same time. ALL three parties must agree though. Apologies as i should have said that in my original reply.
