To make sure that the polls don't get too large, I will be capping AR and Keeper polls to 5, Bowler polls to 10, and Batsman polls to 15. If there are extra nominations I will decide who makes the final cut.

Also, you are encouraged to NOT vote for your own player(s).

I will open up threads for nominations now, they will all be run at the same time, nominations will close on 22nd April 2015. Polls will open shortly after that and stay open until the 27th April 2015.

As long as you want but don't expect votes if a player is closed. 27th the polls will close anyway so that is the maximum amount of time.

If Van Der Linden is in those 5 yes. Otherwise flower off  :P

Reckon the guys on most votes deserve a spot in the team, then choose oldest from the other ones tied.

Khan, Thithigalla, Gaudet, Aronstam, van der Linden will be the five bats. The three guys on 6 votes were separated by age and Cameron being 25 misses out.

With accomplished power at his age and not even being exceptional/exceptional. I don't think Aronstam is worthy of a spot

That's your opinion and 6 people voted for him. And seeing as Cameron is younger than he other two then he will miss out.

Note:: I swear I didn't know the ages of van der linden and Cameron when I though of thought to do it age based. In a way it makes sense, eg when school teams pick squads for various sports they may favour the older ones as they have less chance in the future.
