Went back to 2 premium Rucks.. Can't trust Preuss..
Thoughts??
Solid Team
Mids pretty standard with most teams having Neale at M4. Miller nice POD as first team I have seen with him. Need to watch preseason though to see whether additions to Suns may effect output. Rowell also under immense scrutiny so he may also step up.
With Rucks you could look at a lower priced ruck and Preuss as R3. That way you can see which premium ruck is performing and upgrade,
Good luck.
I like the Miller pick. He is in my side as well for the time being. He was super consistent last year, does just about everything and is in his prime.

Cheers Ringo and Matt.
Miller is a lock for me.
One thing to consider is the change in DPP rules. Will guys like Danger, Fyfe, Zorko, Gawn and Marshall all gain DPP? Going weaker on certain lines or starting these guys early could be a key to finishing with these top end scorers down the track.
Although Preuss is in my team at the moment every team with Gawn/Darcy/Grundy just looks so much safer.
You’ve managed to keep good depth across all lines which I struggle to do when playing around with two premium rucks!
I’m not sold on the Miller pick and think he will drop back to the pack a bit with Rowell etc potentially taking some points. Can understand the pick though as he killed it last year.
Very good side though mate!
Can’t wait for the preseason to finally start!

Cheers MS.. With 35 trades now, Preuss could still be viable..and if need to could upgrade to Draper or Jackson. Having all these B+ A- mid
priced players will give added flexibility. T Green, Rayner, Cogs, Rowell, Curnow, Gresham could all average 90+
Def: Hall Crisp Ridley Sicily Sinn Brown. Rookies McDonagh Dean
Mids Macrea Steele Miller Neale Gresham JHF Daicos Ward.Rookies Butler Goater Parker
Rucks Darcy Marshall. Rookie Williams
Forwards Dunkley Martin Rayner Cogs Rachele Hollands. Rookies Kelly Nankervis.
$101k Going with this structure till pre season. loading up on premium rookies in mid field. A fair bit of risk with mid priced forwards but rest of
premiums look pretty stable. Bench rookies will obviously change. Thoughts.
A little feedback needed.
Gresham, Rowell or Shiel.
Martin, Butters or Heeney.
Cheers.
For me Rowell and Butters

Of those options I'd go with Rowell and Butters.
I didn't realise Shiel was so cheap, but I don't trust him to stay healthy and he can butcher the pill. He actually seems like a nice risk/reward POD.
While Rowell has had his body let him down as well I think he will be a very good stepping stone.
I think a lot of people would go with Dusty out of the other 3, but Butters had an insane start to last year before getting injured. Another pre-season and I can see him stepping it up and maybe adding the consistency
I'm definitely looking at starting Butters.
May even replace De Goey
Hall is looking more and more unlikely for Rd 1 so watch and see.
Playing rookies will eventually decide our structures. Butters looks good for F2 and Rowell for M5.

He is out of my team for now. Even if he is fit he is likely to get injured at some point based on history and is probably an ideal pick up then
Def: Lloyd, Stewart, Ridley, Daniel, Gibcus, O'Driscoll. Rookies McDonagh Dean
Mids Macrea Steele Oliver Neale Gresham JHF Daicos Rachele .Rookies Mead Parker Tsitas
Rucks Darcy Jackson. Rookie Preuss
Forwards Martin Heeney Rayner Cogs Stengle Hollands. Rookies Comben A Parker.
103k itb. 17 days to go!!... thoughts.
Is that Jackson Luke from the Dees?
If you're sold on starting him I'd pick him as a forward with his DPP
It feels like a waste at R2
Thanks Mat.. did start Jackson at F3 initially.. but either way not happy with structure ..Soooo.
Def: Lloyd, Ridley, Dale, K Coleman, Gibcus, O'Driscoll. Rookies McDonagh Dean
Mids: Macrea Steele Tich Neale, Gresham Cogs JHF Daicos .Rookies Mead Parker Tsitas
Rucks:(Nic Nat) Darcy Grundy Rookie Comben
Forwards: Martin Heeney Butters Rayner Stengle Hollands. Rookies T Kelly T Wanganeen.
67k itb for rookie adjustment. Better??? Thinking Nic Nat would be more durable.
I have NN too - good bye round and in SC
as good as the other guns

26k inb. Pretty much final side b4 season start.. Main worry are rookies as usual. would love your thoughts and would love to see more sides..
Really solid set up. I don't mind the Caldwell pick. I've been looking at him myself as a 200kish alternative

I'd prefer upgrading Caldwell to Cripps & downgrading Rayner to free up some cash.

I dont like your chances of improving.
MIller, Caldwell, Hewitt, Dusty, Rayner... poor choices for uniques.
