Are the CBF's setting in?

I notice on the main EPL game that Transfer activity this week was very very low. I'm wondering if last week sapped everyone of their will to carry on.  :D The most transferred in person this Week is Van Persie with about 39,000. Usually someone goes past 100,000 easily, if not two or three players, and coupled with that, there have been very few price movements.

Now may be the opportunity to make up a lot of places overall.
