If you could be so kind would you be able to put up the thread this week? It's pretty simple to do, just put in the round 13 fixtures then copy the bottom part of the post in round 12, but change the dates. Give people till Saturday 7pm again.
Thanks :)
Round 13
Scaling Saints vs KKS United @ The Dental Clinic
YNWA Warriors vs The Flippin' Pancakes @ YNWA Park
Goodfellas vs The Brown Trumpets @ Old Trafford
Blue Mountain State vs The Casserole Kids @ The Goat House
Team Submission
Your team sheet must be submitted in this thread no later than 7.00pm Saturday 8th December. If your team is not submitted then your team from last week will be used. Team structure is identical to the official game and must be adhered to. This means:
• The starting 11 must have ONLY 1 keeper named
• The starting 11 must have AT LEAST 3 defenders named
• The starting 11 must have AT LEAST 1 forward named
• The bench must be named in order of your preferred replacements, starting with your reserve keeper, and followed by the remaining 3 players.
Good luck lads.

Kompany, Mertesacker, Reid, Hangeland
Felliani, Wilshere, Walters

Round 12
Szczesny
Ivanovic - Johnson - Vertonghen
Valencia - Hazard - Yaya - Michu (C)
Defoe - Giroud (VC) - Lambert
Bench: Guzan, Nolan, Rafael, Smalling
You know I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Defoe was the best valued pick up in the game. He is 5th highest scoring forward in the game and 9th overall, and I didn't even pick him up in the draft. Got him after the draft was completed :o
GK: Pepe Reina
DEF: Kieran Gibbs, Robert Huth, Davud Luiz (C)
MID: Clint Dempsey, Mikel Arteta, Theo Walcott, Ramirez
FWD: Fernando Torres(VC), Demba Ba, Nikica Jelavic
Schwarzer, Pienaar, Riise, Terry
Arteta slots the pen and Torres is in!!!
Shame Walcott is out of the match day squad and Ramirez is on the bench...
Snodgrass has picked up a goal and assist on my bench. If Catie didn't release a new vid last night I'd go flowering insane.
Michu with 2 goals as captain :D
Good - Gibbs and Huth Clean Sheets, Arteta two goals from midfield, Torres two goals and an assist with likely bonus points to come!
Bad - Captain Luiz did nothing (although he played very well), Walcott left out of the match day squad (on comes Pienaar) and Ramirez only subbed on late.
Looks like a good week so far on the back of some Spanish Domination!
Well I checked on Thursday and it wasn't up and didn't have internet access over the weekend/Friday night... Poor excuses I know, but next week I'll make sure to put a team in! :-\
Nah MC it's understandable.
It's my fault completely, since I didn't get around to making the thread. I'm really sorry :(
Sorry guys, the situation with Spink has left me quite fractured, so I really havent been on much, but Ill put one in next week! Sorry! :)
OH MY GOD!!!
Jelavic and Pienaar score within 88 seconds of one another... Perfect!
Wowee!
A massive 62 with Ba still to play.
VSA is on 21 with Colocinni, Baird, Sahin and LeFondre to play again.
Oh, and potential bonus points for Huth, Luiz, Pienaar, Dempsey, Jelavic and locks for at least one with Arteta and El Ninoooooo!!
The one week all of my players play so I don't get Rafael's 9 points from the bench! >:(
Love looking down the list for bonus points in the Spurs Everton game.
Pienaar (coming on for Walcott) = 3
Dempsey = 2
Jelavic = 1
... Furthermore...
Arteta = 3
Gibbs = 2
Torres = 3
A total of 14 bonus points for the lads... 62+14=76 with Demba Ba still to play!

I know that feel bro, Snodgrass with a goal and assist and probably a few bonus on my bench :(
If Ba starts for Newcastle I will eclipse the old most points accumulated in one round record, previously a score of 77 set by myself in round 5 away from home against CF :D

Hahaha yeah... Just trying to keep the comp as close and Intense as possible ;)
I love you Rooney!!
And I love myself for not entering a team leaving him as captain :P

Our captains cancel each other out this week MC. You had Rooney get you 24 points, and I had Michu get me 24 points! :o

Haha, crazy high scoring!
A Gerrard own goal hurts me though :(
Sagna clean sheet + Sterling assist the only other positives for me thus far. Would appreciate a Berba goal or too!

DRAW (I think)
In the case of a draw, I reckon the subs scores should be added together to determine a winner, ala super subs in real life.
So you're saying there shouldn't be draws in soccer?

So you're saying there shouldn't be draws in soccer?
Well in real football there's like a draw in 3/10 games each week. In this I think this is the first draw? There must be a tiebreaker. Maybe a running race?
Conveniently if we introduced that rule mid way though the season you would've won this week Jukesy ;) shoulda started Snodgrass ;)

So 3 extremely close games this week, culminating in a draw and two 1 point margins! :o
Absolute bullshower that I can lose when I score 62, but another team wins scoring 22 >:(
I'm the only team to have scored over 700 points, yet I am also the only team to have conceded over 700 points ::)
Haha, rough luck there CF!
More than happy with the boys performance this week! :D
Yeah unlucky CF. You'll get the rub of the green at some point man, just hope its not against me hahaha!
Awesome effort by the lads this week. Massive win that puts us clear at the top of the table with close rivals CF and Jukes dropping points!

To be fair I am on 696 :P Almost have the same point difference as Jukes now! One good week :D
Attention!!
A mistake was made during the calculation of Scaling Saints score. Basically I forgot to add the 3 points he was meant to get for home ground advantage. This of course changes his score from 21 to 24, and as such means the Saints have now defeated KKS United 24 to 22.
Sorry about the mistake guys :-\
Wow, well done BS and unlucky KK
