So as you should know we are moving from a 14 team comp to a 12 team comp and with that 2 teams have to go.
First coached by myself Serbia was an absolute powerhouse of the competition during the home and away season, probably the most dominant home and away team ever and certainly the best team to never win a flag. The Serbian Curse hung over this club and despite being right up the top every year they just couldn't get over the line. With That I left the club with my man Todd Goldstien in the biggest Euro move up to the redraft. The club was taken over by Nrich and cracks started to appear as Serbia slowly slipped down the ladder. Meow took over the club but it couldn't be rebuilt to its former glory and sadly the club will forever be without that elusive premiership.

First run by Meow Meow, Sweden had a decent amount of success in the early years has been out of finals for most of the competition. With the loss of their leader Sweden has had a number of coach changes and with that has seemed to have lost a sense of direction. With Meow leaving the comp for what is very likely the last time, it seems fitting that the Metal end as well.

Just wait till i pick Brodie Grundy with the 6th pick.
Jokes aside we should have everything up to date in all areas, left over players for drafts was sorted months ago by Nas.
Is there only going to be 3 rounds or will it continue right through?

Its only going to be the 3 rounds, the rest will go to the rookie.
That we we keep the rookie really strong and people can pick up the fillers once they have drafted and gone through the trade period.
List sizes are increasing by 4
The redraft will be happening not long after the GF so the forum should be pretty active with AFL finals going on.
Redraft starts tonight 7pm AEST with Croatia with the first patrick
We will take Hatrick Yips thanks

actually might as well start it now, no skipping at this stage of the draft .

Croatia surely will rise now
Been advised by Zander to take this pick.

It wouldnt be a Zander team without his boy Parker.
I should've tanked. I want Cripps :(

So long as players can actually stay injury free
Are we still doing 4 rounds?
Only asking because only 3 are up in the OP

no just the 3 rounds.
list sizes going up by 4.
also trade period is at end of this draft.
So we just delist less players then if that’s the case

yeah they will go to the rookie.
So the rookie very strong this year.
His age doesn't fit my team so well but I can't pass up a 100+ avg when my M2 is Dom Tyson...
Bison picks Bryce Gibbs
Don't think there's any chance of even 1 of the 4 guys I'm looking at lasting through the next 7 picks...

I know I've been targeting youth but I reckon we're a chance to make finals next year and need a few more guns to get there.
honestly i think every team is capable of making finals and going top 4 next year.
Croatia just needed to be healthy and dpp go their way Cripps helped.
Spain is really strong as it is
Belarus has that Grundy Treloar combo and now Gibbsy
Valks where basically a top 4 team last year just got unlucky, losing loads of close games
going to be a super competitive season next year with the re-draft.
Look, a fair few decent options on that (albeit, I can see why these teams are being redrafted), but I really don't think I can go past Andrew McGrath.
Pretty tough pick here, there's a few blokes I could go with here.
Gonna go with Jared Polec though.
Good picks everywhere but Geez im stoked with this pick up. I needed a forward but i couldn't pass on this bloke.

I was 50/50 on hopper mcgrath so happy just the 1 fell. I actually thought neither would
Mitch Wallis
There are players I want
But not this early
So it has to be the gun and superstar
James Worpel
(Pm me if you need mids xoxo)

Hawka picks a Hawk :O
Wekcome back mate
Jimmy Webster
Jack Reiwoldt
Worpel and McGrath were the 2 I wanted but I'll just grab Sean Darcy then...
No easy choice here, Webster and Darcy were the hopefuls for this pick. Gonna grab Jeremy Cameron as a long term asset for the forward line. DPPs come and go like the seasons, but Cameron will hold the status throughout.
Jack Redden for the Crushers
Not the current best option and not helping spain positionally either but it really wouldnt feel like my team if my huge bias for Trent Dumont didnt come into play
This is tough but I'm going to go for the 22 year old forward that played every game for a finals side that I still feel could add 15 points to his average...
Alex Neal-Bullen
Had a tough call but LH made it for me :p
Ill go Jack Viney
Sigh, my list went in 5 of the last 6 picks. Changing the plan and banking a necessity.
Charlie Spargo for me.
I wanted to rebuild but i dont think i can pass on this guy. Continues the old has been hungary fwd line
Lance Franklin

I dont think he has long left but certainly the best short term pick around. Just need his body to hold up.
plenty of guys still left in the draft i wanted.
I had
1. Viney
2. Buddy
3. ???
4. Spargo
so looks like we are all valuing similar.
I only have one more on my list now so I assume he'll go next...

got to be pretty happy picking up the #4 defender in the comp this late
Harris Andrews to try and bolster my wonky defence

really interesting prospect
was on fire pumping out a 78 average for 2 months before getting knocked out. If he can replicate and build on that you might have one of the steals of the draft.
76 in the last month with a low of 70 says its totally possible.

Not thrilled about a heap of the options but I'll go Brad Hill.
Had a poor season but surely he bounces back? Grabbing Michael Hibberd here, second pick coming soon.
Daniel Venables completes the back-to-back and the Belgium re-draft.
I'll go Aaron Naughton
Rhys Mathieson
Stephen Hill
We think there's a sneaky chance of DEF/MID DPP, and happy to punt on it.
Sneaky chance for D/F
so il pick Jarman Impey

Really like the upside in this guy, just need lions to kick more goals.

Whether he is capable of playing more games than he misses while averaging North of 75 is a different story :P

The man is capable of playing 22 and averaging 90.
Will he do it.
I wouldnt bet on it
Mmmm, I've been tossing up over a couple of players, but think I'm going to go for Schache.
Did huggy get skipped?
Koops fault everyone, don’t trust him ;)
I don't know if he'll keep his Def DPP but good potential for his age.
