3 pops:

Paul Arnostam: Technique to Resonable (Woot Woot!! On fielding atm, then back to Bat Tech. Lovely pop, wasn't expecting it)
Ariyasiri Fausiya: Experience to Dreadful (Nothing pop really, will be a solidish youth player)
Ariyaratna Imdika: Endurance to Ordinary (On Fielding atm, nice pop nonetheless)
Aronstam could maybe sneak a NAT game or two in with the south africans next season! Have you been in contact with them PB? :)
Nah i haven't at all, i'll let them decide entirely. :) The training plan is straight forward, so i don't need to ask any questions, hopefully his capable fielding (soon to be) will get him a game. :D

Fixed the link too. :)
Dont wanna go any higher than capable though or thatll hold him back primary wise ;)

CrowsFan

I highly doubt he would get a game sorry PB. Plus the SA team want a minimum of ordinary power, which is why I have been training Sloane on strength. Should hopefully pop tonight and then I can go back to primaries :)

valkorum

Joseph Best - Experience to Dreadful
Wouter-Jan Cohen - Experience to Ordinary
Shea Maguire - Batting to Reasonable

CrowsFan

4 experience pops :)

Steve Raymer - Experience to average
Jimmy Wilkinson - Experience to capable
William Serjeant - Experience to ordinary
Brett Sawle - Experience to ordinary
Brett Sawle - Batting to capable
Michael Rampaul - Fielding to ordinary

PowerBug

Yeah, i may go power a couple, i have considered it. In sl it's fielding, rsa it's power. Everyone has their favourites.

chrisuzz

Arunasiri - fielding to average - keeper bat training now! :) will be a nice player! :D http://fromthepavilion.org/player.htm?playerId=994286
Naji Ismail - technique to reliable - now cap/rel at 19 will be rel/accom with gifted fielding at eos, for a nice sale value :)
Chandrasiri Munaf - fielding to reasonable
Diederick van Delft -  technique to reliable - same as Ismail

Ismail and Van Delft will have nice tech gaps when im done with them :P But should sell a lot better!

Cookie311993

He has zero to very little chance Pb. Only just reasonable tech will be a fair way off acc/acc which they will want. A chance though if their talent pool is weak

McRooster

Senior Academy popped to lavish  8)

Well, you know the U19s better than i do, so i'll take your word for it. I think he can get accom/reli with cap fielding, reas endo, poor power. I'll take that heading into seniors. Then i keep him all the way through. 8)

And if he doesn't play NAT's then he can carve up in my Youth leagues. :D

Cookie311993

Has a chance with good secondaries but that's it for nats otherwise good club player

PowerBug

Oh yeah, hopefully Capable experience too. :P Will be playing him whenever i can. :D

Jimmy's a beast though. :D

Fletch74

28 May 2012 Jerry Seinfeld Experience average reasonable
28 May 2012 Kamal Mahmad Technique ordinary average

SEINFELD :D Must be heading on the first tour CF, Valk??

CrowsFan

There are 9 batters who are rel/rel with at least average fielding and endurance so he may miss out, but I doubt he will ;)
