Cic, French needs to be power whored. So keep him on it until it. His primaries aren't going to get any, maybe a little, better.

I'd get rid of the other guy. You are paying 15k a week for a guy with no fielding, or secondaries and terrible experience for his age lol

If you are going to keep him you really need to work on his fielding and strength.  I would go with fielding as a priority.  My 16yo's have better fielding (I set a min of reasonable)

yeah i wish he had fielding but hopefully i can pick up some good batsmen

with the money from my sales at EOS to address the issue
