Pops and plops

I'm expecting very soon i'm going to see a massive run of pops. Plenty of my players have been dry for a while now. Thursday will be the start, i can smell it.

And this is what i got:
Kashif Ameer: Fielding to reasonable (21yo reli/reli RFS who'll be on the TM later tonight)
Stephen Roach: Fielding to capable (20yo cap/reas back-up LHB who should've been on bat tech. not fielding)
Bhanumatu Harku: Fielding to capable: (21yo accom/exprt RHB who has now finished with fielding training too)
Douglas Oldfield: double pop Fielding to average , technique to expert (Now exprt/exprt at 22yo)

The big ones though:
Dharmaratna Dorenagama: Technique to spectacular (Finally popped to spect/spect :D)
Dawn Budden: Technique to accomplished (now outs/accom :()
