Okay I was right. I always confuse myself, and it seemed high.He should be spec/spec by the end of the season, start of next. Then pushing to reliable fielding and Reasonable/capable power by the end of next season, then excep/excep by 24. :D In the mean time, from 23 will likely be a regularly touring player.

Outstanding isnt that hard for a a large number of players and is a very common occurrence. Alot of the younger players can be trained into absolute gems. My guessing would be that the manager of the player has a high youth academy and made full use of that prodigy talent to motor through primary skills while in youths.

Well, I believe that his tech is close to expert, but I can only hope, but you're probably right, maybe half way through the season he's 22.

I reckon it would be alot more beneficial with a decent youth academy to start with the training. Alot of home grown players can be trained into freaks unless you have plenty of money to throw around

Michael Schumacher now has capable experience at 20   :)  although his skills aren't great, I should be able to make him into a quality opener.
Rajesh Koothrappali is now outs/outs with reas experience at 21 .. time to work on his endo/power before getting him to spec/spec.

Awesome stuff Baz :o. I'd hate toplay against you in 3 seasons!! Acc/Acc at 20 is alright if the players secondaries are up to scratch 8). Schumacher will be a great player as he can now focus on primaries for a while (reminds me of Currie skill wise).
