Yeah if you get to elite it means you have been paying ash, so the next training session he bumps you up to legendary.
BAZINGA
I have no idea how long it takes.

Wow Hp you have some awesome prospects there .. Sreedhar and Morgan   :o
Tough to say whether its worth going to spec/spec with McFarlane & Habib considering they are almost 25. Personally I wouldn't as you will get much more benefit from fitness/strength training.
With Morgan, why don't you put him on batting tech training for a while to help close the tech gap. He is a gun and the extra batting training certainly won't hurt.
I remember guys on their forum said his batting is too low that Batting Tech would go to waste so just keep him on Bowling Tech for next couple of seasons (When he was 18). But he's yet to close the gap ::).

McFarlane and Habib are tough decisions. May just go for the fielding level now and see from then. They'll basically turn into Jeffers (Outs/Outs but Secondary Beast) :P.

roo boys!

Great set of pops today!

Chiba's fielding finally popped (to capable) so now I can get a bit more until he is almost a second all rounder.

Speaking of ARs, Feeqa's batting popped to reliable :D

Ali's batting popped to Spectacular, Spec/Spec with opener talent now.

An interesting one, Stevenson's power popped to capable. Now, although I had reached the conclusion to sell him, his secondaries are now up to scratch IMO, so soon he can continue his primary training that he hasn't received since he was 23. Such a hard decision. My only fast bowler, could become a very good LF but at the moment not needed. :-\

And the BIG one........BASTIIIIIIIIIII!!! (TEAKLESSSS) popped to Spectacular bowling! Woohooo! Spec/spec at 22 :)

Yep. The Canadian NT coach said when I got him to work primaries up to until he is about 23, try and get him to Spec/Spec by 23 and I got it by 22 so will go for probably one or two fielding pops as he is kinda letting my team down in the field, before pushing for Excep.
