Very happy with all these pops :D
Sweets is now an outs/exp 21 y.o wristy with good secondaries.
Shagmeister was already awesome and remains so.
Russell has turned out to be a nice little project, still working out those secondaries but can afford to being outs/outs at 21 8)

I'd say Gayle has probably shot ahead. I was training Shagmeister on power and he was motoring along but then I decided that cap fielding for the rest of his career just didn't sit right with me, and decided to take him to reli. After that it is secondary city :P

Yeah, this one actually came a little earlier than expected but considering at the start of the year I played him through some pretty bad fatigue (satis and didn't rest 1) as I knew I couldn't afford to rest him.
The one that makes me happiest is Sweets. He is coming along beautifully >:D

Haha i have done the exact same thing. Gayle is now reasonable power and reliable exp and today popped to reliable fielding :) back to strength training

I am keeping Shagmesiter as well, don't care if he falls out of the XI as he was my first little project...Came to me with no ord fielding, exp, power and reas endo. Was outs/outs at 22 but still pretty happy with where I have taken him 8) Makes me excited to think about Russell who had the same skill set at the start of this season :o
Shame he is a medium, but he and Junior will prove lethal on greens for seasons to come :D
