I have already replaced Hogan. He is just staying in the team as a batsman for now until the EOS when I will sell him. :D

Habib to Reliable Endurance. Onto Batting to hope for Outs/Outs next season some time.
McFarlane to Reliable Endurance. Onto some Strength training.
Bennett to Ordinary Power. 1 more level of Power before back onto Bowling/Tech.
Tiyard to Average Experience. Young Spinner but only plays when when the pitch suits him.
Carney to Reasonable Experience. At 26 seems a little late. But still my second best all round batter so will be kept for now.
Sreedhar to Capable Experience :D. 22 Outs/Outs Spinner with great secondaries 8). 1 more fielding pop to keep wages low and then onto Spect/Spect for late next season!

Thanks Baz.

He has Accomplished Endurance, Relaible Fielding and Average Power (Can be left as he's a spinner). Likely will try to push for Excep/Excep if possible in 2-3 seasons. Well worth the 121k I paid for him last season :P.
