asked for an all rounder , i suppose i got one, and that's a 16 year old every round this season for the main club....

technique is a problem but he's a prodigy.

i think from what i was told also his rating on the bars adds up to 14000 ? and he is rated about 18200, so should pop pretty fast in a few areas ?

any tips on a training regime for him ?

This guy was rated 18200, was atrocious tech, endurance, power. when i pulled him at 16

Not sure how well i did training him, but i'm sentimental and need to cut costs in my senior squad so im keeping him around.
