With the likelihood that Team announcements will revert to Thursday night these rules will apply for rest of season given we have approved 6 emergencies in UF. Six emergencies can be nominated but should you not wish to use UF arrangements for replacements ie like for like please name your emergencies in your preferred order in this thread.

Teams are to be lodged in this format:

Def: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Mid: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Ruck: xxxx
Fwds: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Util: xxxx xxxx (can be in any position)
Emergencies: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx

Saints and  Cats players will be locked at bounce of their game 7.50pm Friday as will Captain, Vice Captain and emergency Vice Captain.
All players will then be locked at bounce of Swans/Pies game on Saturday.

With  lockout in UF at bounce of First Saturday game please ensure teams are also updated in UF.

When lodging teams please do not edit teams post in a new or quoted post.

Rd 9 trade with first named team having the HGA

Oxford Lions v Swansea Breakers
3rd v 13th - Breakers had a win last week but with injury to Bolton now will struggle against the Lions who will want to remain in the Top 4.  Lions with HGA should have a % booster.

Leeds Leeches v Huddersfield Hawks
5th v 15th  Another game where Leeches equal in 1st place would want to win to maintain position.  With the Hawks having a big injury and form crisis presents an ideal opportunity for Leeches to bounce back from last weeks defeat and gain a % boost. Should be an easy win for Leeches,

Blackpool Bunnies v Birmingham Dragons
9th v 7th Bunnies had a shock loss against the breakers last week whereas the Dragons upset the Hoods to cement a place in the top 8. Bunnies have struggled in attack recently and will need to find a little more scoring power if they are douse the Dragons fire, Contender for match of the round but expect the Bunnies to bounce back buoyed by home crowd to overcome the Dragons and keep in touch with top 8.

Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs v Staines Steins
16th v 2nd Hard to see anything but a Steins win here unless injury strikes the Steins twin rucks.  Steins to win comfortably and possibly assume Top place on %

Nottingham Hoods v Hastings Hurricanes
4th v 1st Match of the round with Top position possibly riding on the result.  Hoods will really have to contain the Hurricanes potent forward line if they are to get over them. Question though is can the foreword line maintain the momentum? The forward line has contributed to the large scores for the Hurricanes with the last 3 rounds scoring over 2500 with a massive 3062 in Rd 6. Hoods will have the HGA but doubt if that will be enough to get over the Hurricane that will come their way.

Manchester Magic v Wrexham Knights
11th v 8th These two teams are evenly matched with very little separating them on points for and against despite Knights being in 8th position. Both teams having been leaking a lot of points so whichever team stops the leakage better will take home the chocolates.  The Magic's home crowd could be the difference here,

Bradford Badgers v Winchester Werewolves
14th v 12th Another close game expected here with both teams on 2 wins and separated by %.  Winner will keep touch with the top 8 so a lot on the line here. Badgers are struggling with injury and the Werewolves have a few as well. Result will depend on how Badgers contain the driving force of Zeibell and Steele. Think the Badgers injury crisis may be too much to overcome so Wolves favoured here.

Liverpool Rams v Grope Lane Giants
10th v 6th Rams coach will be looking for an increased effort from his team overall if they are to topple the Giants.  If he can get them up they may cause the upset. In a close game expect Giants to get home.

Couple of games effecting ladder positions here and some Top Teams playing lower teams which may assist percentages.

Let the banter begin.

So, I've been advised this is the simplest way to do it by both admins and have had it ticked off.

Naming Patton as a tactical donut at F4 to ensure Ladhams can cover the ruck.
