| NEWS: Higgins will not play in the Western Bulldogs Round 19 match against West Coast. He continues to battle a knee injury. Word is out that he could be shutdown for the remainder of the season. But we still need confirmation on this. Do not draft Shaun Higgins next year. He is extremely injury prone. He is a player who will unlikely ever reach his potential. | ||||

The Western Bulldogs are very unlikely to play finals this season after their loss to St Kilda on the weekend. We don't think this is great news for a player like Higgins. A little niggle & he may be shut down again. However he has been copping a fair bit of criticism over the past week about his durability. Perhaps he will try & play proud for the remainder of the season. | ||||
