Ok. Collingwood beat Essendon by 35 points tonight :). But i am in a dilemma.
I absolutely have no idea[/i] how Josh Fraser and Travis Cloke were the top two for dreamteam in this game (no SC scores yet). They are so inconsistent, and even Dale Thomas did pretty well. Didak should get 3 Brownlow votes, Swan with 3 Copeland votes and 2 Brownlow votes, and Dayne Beams has risen up. What has happened to Medhurst (37 DT points), Neon Leon (70 pts), and Jack Anthony (49 pts). Anthony missed two easy goals from directly in front 20 metres out, and he used to be the most accurate kick in the comp.
Collingwood is confused ???

remember you folded like a deck chair with a few injuries against the blues and the saints.
You have also beaten no one above you on the ladder, or anyone in the top 8 except Brisbane.

But its ok I love it when collingwood supporters jump the guns because it makes so fun to bring them down when they get embarrassed, like they did on anzac day!

Sounding bitter there toodledock, i'm no great lover of collingwood but even you have to admit there were more than a few injuries in the collingwood forward line for those games.

Blakeyboy88 you have got no idea! 'A few injuries'? When nearly every player in one position is out - that position being the fwd line, how the hell are you supposed to kick a winning score? Its wasnt a player here or there, it was the whole fwd line. What happens when we get them back? BANG! 6 on the trot - coinsedince? No. And that call, we have beaten one above us on the ladder - are you retarded? We have played two sides above us on the ladder u di*khead! Geelong we had on the ropes, and St Kilda we had a bad night, compounded by being decimated with injuries. We havnt even played the dogs yet! And when we belt them this week im coming for you! We arnt jumping the guns mate, because we are the real deal! As for bringing up Anzac Day. Are you serious? Thats in the past, we have won 6 on the trot, are genuine top 4 and are premiership contendors, alot has changed wanker! And to cap it off, you go for Essendon!!! Aaaaahahahahaha... You belt a hapless Carlton and everyone is saying you are gonna give Knights 3 more years and that you are gonna play finals. Then you face a real contendor last night and get outplayed in every facet of the game! Have fun watching 8 sides other than your own play finals this year - again!

... a few small outs for the Bombers didn't affect last night's result , did it?

... a few other small outs haven't affected our season either, have they?

The Pies won - that's footy. ANZAC Day they lost - that's footy. No-one except Pies fans likes Collingwood - that's what I like about football!

I like that you aren't one of those supporters whos like "Oh, you may have won this round but we won ANZAC day, and the anzac day is the one that matters", so i trust your footy brain.
Your like a dennis cometti :)
Just out of interest, who did you vote for?

Swan - probably based on DT and SC, but players that are great in both tend to be a huge influence in the real game, don't they?

Swan has been a brilliant DT player all year, but now he's doing it in SC as well - he's probably one of the most influential players going round in the real thing at the moment.

As I've said before, he's one of the very few Pies worth breaking rule #1 for (btw, Rule #1 is "No Pies").

... and btw, I'm really glad you included the umpires in the vote! Tradition is one of the things that makes the game great!

Didak4, the 6 games are in the past now too, so shutup.
Prospector, I remember Rule #2 is no demons, but what is 3?
And yes, Swan has been a very good player recently, but being at the game last night I saw he is nothing like Ablett or anything, not very influential. A lot of the time he's standing out the side getting the cheap ball and his disposal isn't that great either. Yes he is a very good player and has the ability to go places but he still has a long way to go to Ablett's level.

Yeah Blake, in your favour. Every time the ball came near Lloyd Presti had his arm.
