Its a slightly different setup. You have 6 FWDS, 5 MIDS, 1 RUCK, 6 BACKS. Then you get 1 bench player per line. You dont have to select emergencies as your bench player for each line is your emergency.
You start with 100 points to buy all players, most expensive is 9.0 points while rookies start at 1.0 points.

Point scoring is the same as AFL DT. You get 2 trades per week, but you can use more each week - it just costs you 50 DT points in the upcoming round.
You still use the same strategy in that you milk your cash cows and downgrade them so you can upgrade elsewhere. I like the fact you can double trade each week to upgrade players, it helps with the trading bug

If you have an underperforming player you can trade him out straight away for a player who is currently in form.
You can also create multiple teams so I normally have a second team full of rookies so I can check out all the rookies scores at a glance each week
