One that would have the fruit must climb the tree

THE Team that could've, would've, should've - still next week they might but what about next year?
Time will tell, win next week and they may relax (it's been 44 years between drinks), lose and it may just hurt too much to get themselves up again (think Pies after defeats to Brisbane).
Roo, Hayes, Joey, NDS, Goddard all have divine talent but praying for the rest won't make it happen, they need to step up.

If you only remember one thing, remember this.

Hopefully the pain of losing two Grand Finals in a row will spur them onto finishing top 4 next year.  ;)

I tipped them to be premiers (with a bit of bias :P) but i do think we can still be up there with a chance next year, but it may be our last chance for a while with most of our core group approaching 30

Agreed, Roo has to try and be everywhere at once, they need another Roo and they will be UNSTOPPABLE. Although that may be a bit of a fantasy having 2 Roo's, they are lucky to have 1 :P

St Kilda  ATM to win the flag $5.00
                               to make Grand Final $3.00
                               top four $1.47
highest placed Vic (inc finals) $4.50

Light return but top four will see some coin back your way.

Coach of the Seoul Magpies

The last two teams to lose two Grand Finals in a row were Geelong (1994, 1995) and Collingwood (2002, 2003). In 1996 Geelong finished 7th and were knocked out of finals in first week, and in 2004 Collingwood plummeted out of the 8.

Who knows? Can the Saints get up again? They weren't as good in 2010 as they were in 2009...

Saints won`t get up in 2011 IMO. They have had 2 chances and did not take them. Its Fremantles turn for Top 4. :D

I still think that the Saints will make the top 2. It's just whether they have the depth to get them that elusive flag.

i wanna see the saints get the flag. losing two years ina  row they dont deserve it. like collingwood though i think the same will happen to the Saints. Magpies lost to the lions two years in row then didnt make it next season.
