i love this team (2nd favourite), a team full of professionals, you definitely cant rule them out for the flag again. The only real guy thats left the cats that will hurt, was ling.Geelong even have so many young promising stars along with their outstanding veterans, such as:Joel SelwoodTom HawkinsDaniel MenzelAllen ChristensenMitch DuncanNathan VardyTrent WestCameron GuthrieTom GilliesAndrew MackieVERY VERY impressive team. Since I'm a *cough* melbourne *cough* supporter, i have come to like watching a successful team in Geelong and i support them very heavily along with my demons.I could see this team in the eight, hell, even the four for many years to come!
It would be a brave man (or woman) who would discount Geelong this season. I got the impression last season that they always looked like the second best team, then they seemed to reach another level in the finals. I hope they are able to play some more new players this season. They found some beauties last season.

History shows Collingwood beat Geelong on even numbered years also.
